Materi Microsoft Access : Print a report and selected records



How to print a report :
Right-click the report, and then click Print to print the full report directly to the default printer.
Or
1. Open the report from the Navigation pane.
2. Click the File tab,click Print, and then click Quick Print or Print.

How  to print selected records from a table or a query in Datasheet view :

  1. Open the table or query.
  2. Select the records, click the File tab, and then click Print.
  3. Click the Print option to open the Print dialog box. In the Print range area, click Selected Records. If you don’t click Selected Records, Access prints all the records in the datasheet.
